David Scott | 13 Jan 1947 – 21 Oct 2022

It is with deep sadness that we have heard of the death of David Scott, Anglican priest, poet, playwright and spiritual writer. He organised a three day Thomas Merton Celebration at his church in Winchester in December 1993, which led to the formation of The Thomas Merton Society of Great Britain and Ireland. He continued to be a gentle guiding light for the society, and latterly was one of the society's patrons.
